Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

• Coaching and program access is personal to you and non-transferable.
• Digital products are licensed, not sold. You may not resell, share, or redistribute them.
• 1:1 coaching spots are limited and may require an application and approval.
• We may update program content, structure, or delivery at any time.

Prices are listed in USD and charged at checkout. Subscription plans renew automatically at the stated interval until cancelled. You can cancel before your next billing date to avoid the following charge; cancellation stops future billing and does not retroactively refund completed periods. Failed payments may result in suspended access.

Physical merchandise is fulfilled through our store partner. Shipping times, sizing, and availability are shown at checkout. Order issues such as damaged or incorrect items should be reported within 14 days of delivery.

The AI coach provides general fitness, nutrition, and mindset information generated by automated systems. It can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. It is not medical, psychological, or professional advice, and it does not create a coach-client relationship. Do not rely on it for medical decisions. We may limit, throttle, or discontinue AI access at any time.

• No copying, scraping, reselling, or reverse-engineering our content or platform.
• No abusive, harassing, illegal, or fraudulent conduct toward staff, coaches, or other members.
• No attempts to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• No using our AI tools to generate harmful, illegal, or infringing content.

All content on this site — programs, videos, PDFs, copy, branding, logos, and design — is owned by Guerrero Fitness and protected by copyright and trademark law. You get a limited, personal, non-exclusive license to use purchased materials for your own training only.

Exercise carries inherent risk of injury. You participate voluntarily and confirm you are physically able to train. You agree to consult a physician before starting any program and to stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guerrero Fitness and its coaches are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for injury, illness, or loss arising from use of our programs, products, or AI tools. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, chargebacks, or abusive behavior, without refund. You may stop using the services at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept the revised version.
