• Send program updates and marketing emails or texts you opted into.

Messages you send to the AI coach are processed by third-party AI providers to generate responses and, if you are signed in, saved to your account so you can revisit conversations. Do not share medical records, financial details, or other sensitive information in chat. You can delete any conversation from your chat sidebar at any time.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate:

• CRM, email, and SMS platforms used to deliver your programs and updates.
• Payment processors and merchandise fulfillment partners.
• Hosting, analytics, and AI providers.
• Authorities, when legally required.
