Refund & Cancellation Policy

Monthly coaching programs can be cancelled at any time before your next billing date. Cancelling stops future charges and you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for. Completed billing periods are non-refundable once coaching has been delivered.

1:1 spots are limited and reserved for you specifically. Requests made within 7 days of purchase and before your onboarding call are eligible for a full refund. After onboarding begins, the current term is non-refundable, but you can cancel future renewals at any time.

Digital programs, guides, and vaults are delivered instantly and are generally non-refundable because they cannot be returned. If a file is corrupted, missing, or not as described, contact us within 14 days and we'll fix it or refund you.

The Warrior Kickstart Kit is free. No payment, no refund needed — unsubscribe any time.

• Unworn, unwashed items with tags may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are replaced or refunded at no cost — report within 14 days.
• Return shipping on non-defective items is the customer's responsibility.
• Sale and clearance items are final sale unless defective.

Email support@guerrofitness.com with your order email, product name, and reason. We review every request within 3 business days. Approved refunds return to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Please contact us before filing a chargeback — most issues are resolved in a day. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent loss of access to all programs and products.
